Over the course of four days, I ate my way through the menu and hard to say what was my favorite. The empeñadas and pastries were unlike anything I’ve had before. The service was amazing and I can’t thank them enough for their gracious hospitality."

"This place was a beacon of hope as I had dental procedures every day for almost a week. It’s a 3 min walk from the airport and the coffees are bomb. I got a few sandwiches that damn near gave me a religious experience. Go for any of the specials and you won’t be disappointed."

"Silveria Cafe is my new favorite coffee shop in Puerto Vallarta! I ended up there by luck after walking from the airport, and after a long trip without excellent coffee, I finally had a perfect cup. It was the best possible "welcome back" to PV. The amazing pastries were top-class, and the icing on the cake was the friendly chat I had with the owner, who introduced herself and sat down with me for a bit. Indoor and outdoor tables. The entrance is tucked in towards the corner of the plaza, near the dentist. Highly recommended, especially the apple or lemon curd tarts!"
